Can we just all agree to eradicate the phrase “Soft Skills” from our vocabulary. If they were soft all managers could and would do them. And if they did, we would have a MUCH higher employee engagement rate, better productivity, performance and well-being within our workforces.

I am going to adopt the term ‘Human Skills’ because that’s what they are; learning to motivate, inspire and support the humans on your team. And they are the hardest skills of all.
