Descriptions of keynotes, workshops and other services on the Site are an invitation to make contact, not an offer. Any speaking engagement, advisory service or other engagement will be subject to a separate agreement between us and the engaging party, and the terms of that agreement will prevail over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and embedded third-party content (such as videos, forms and scheduling widgets). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or content, and a link does not mean we endorse the linked site or its operators. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
