ANOTHER story about employers wanting people to return to the office. This cheeky early morning interview with 3AW Breakfast was sparked by KPMG\’s survey stating that 80% of American CEOs predict that work from home will be dead within 3 years.
Some employers are making sure of it by withholding bonuses and pay rises.
Seriously! When will this topic die? Every credible study that I\’m aware of says that, done well, hybrid working is not only HUGELY popular by top talent – it\’s also good for the bottom line.
But here\’s the problem. This is a challenge (and there are real challenges associated with working from home, don\’t get me wrong) that can only be solved by a different level of thinking. Which clearly many CEOs are loathe to do.
Here\’s my concern. If businesses can\’t figure this out…how will they be able to figure figure out the tsunami of disruption that is occurring with AI?
