This week I ticked an item off my bucket list. I got to speak at WOBI – World Business Forum Sydney. This was a stage that I’d been chasing for years, and this year they came to me.
They asked me to play one of my greatest hits, “Nine Keys to Keep Your Best People from Walking Out the Door.”
I was a little rusty since I hadn’t presented this keynote in three years, but I was reminded of how powerful these nine keys are.
Based on over 5,000 exit interviews. This framework is truly an outstanding model to increase engagement, retention, motivation, performance, and productivity. The stats and case studies over 10 years of leading this program speak for themselves.
The conference was also a chance for me to see some great speakers, some of whom I’ve wanted to see for years.
Guy Kawasaki, Amy Edmondson, Olympic Champion Michael Phelps & Renée Richardson Gosline
And see some old friends: Lindsey Leigh Hobson, Jodette Cleary
And meet new: Dr. Yemi Joy Penn, Debbie Haski-Leventhal, Aisling Smith NeuroEmpowerment
Fantastic event.
And thank you, Jessica Lay from Saxton Group for coming along to see me in action.
And finally, thank you to Amanda Walker, Daniel Hernandez, Fernanda Lugo, & Chiarella Bencan for finding me and asking me to be part of this awesome event.
