AI can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t need to be. I make a strong case for starting small: use the embedded AI already sitting inside your tools, experiment, see what actually helps, and build from there. It’s about intentional progress, not chasing every shiny object.

𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀
Yes, we are in the age of AI — but people remain your biggest differentiator. The organisations winning right now are the ones creating environments where humans are treated as, well, humans. Connection, empathy, and understanding are not “nice to haves” — they are strategic advantages.
