Have you heard of Role Deconstruction? If you\’ve been following me for a while, you know I\’ve been speaking about this for YEARS! Although I changed it slightly very recently to accommodate the rapid acceleration of AI.
The future of jobs will require us to deconstruct roles into component parts. Some of these parts will be done by AI (or robots), some will be done by full time employees (definitely demanding flexibility and possibly a 4 day work week) and some will be done by traditional temp/contractors and/or gig workers.
This will not only help us with productivity and efficiency, it will also help us plan a long term talent acquisition strategy.
