I’m starting a new feature, which will normally drop on LinkedIn every Wednesday, called “Savvy Strategy Secrets.”

I’m sharing the first one in today to give you a taste of what’s to come.

I first met Laura Staples back in 2018, and over the years, our relationship has evolved from intellectual sparring partners to business collaborators.

Many of you will know her as “Laura from Laminex,” where she led People and Performance for over five years. I’ve frequently quoted her and shared stories of her success in my work.

Fast forward to today – Laura is the founder of Tomorrow Today, a boutique firm specialising in strategy and performance. I’m proud to serve as an advisor and even more excited to help bring her powerful IP on Strategy Activation (what’s that, you ask? Tune in every Wednesday to find out 😉) and Execution to a wider audience.
