Wow, just wow. Look at this stat by @Gallup from their Global Leadership Report: What Followers Want.

56% of 72,439 responses across 52 countries and territories say the thing they need most from their leaders is hope! Not a pay rise, not additional perks, not even flexible work. Hope, followed by trust, compassion and stability.

If that doesn\’t say a lot about where we are at this moment in time I don\’t know what does.
