Gen Zs are literally changing our relationship with work. We need to understand why and how to be able to attract and retain them.
I\’ve been asked to comment on generational differences since 2004. The first time I was asked about it was from a reporter with the New Zealand Herald (I was living in Auckland running the Robert Half International branch at the time).
I\’ve never really subscribed to generational differences as a concept and every time a reporter, podcast host or audience member asked me to comment I\’d say as much.
Until now.
